We Don't Sell Packages. Here's Why That Matters.
Three recent engagements — different scopes, different outcomes, different investments.
| Engagement | Duration | Focus | Outcome | Investment |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Founder, SaaS startup | 6 weeks | Revenue model clarity | Secured first institutional round within 90 days | £2,400 |
| MD, family manufacturing firm | 5 months | Succession planning & leadership pipeline | Smooth transition; zero key-staff attrition | £8,100 |
| Partner group, professional services | Ongoing (monthly) | Strategic alignment & partner dynamics | Partner satisfaction score rose from 54% to 81% | £1,650/month |
Why a Pricing Explainer, Not a Price List
Most coaching firms present three tidy boxes — Bronze, Silver, Gold — and hope you'll pick the middle one. We think that's backwards. Your business challenges don't arrive pre-sorted into neat tiers, so our pricing shouldn't either.
Instead, every engagement starts with a diagnostic conversation. We map the territory together, agree on what success looks like, and only then propose a scope and fee. Below, we lay out every factor that shapes your investment so there are no surprises.
The Cost Matrix
Every engagement is assembled from these building blocks. You choose what you need; we quote accordingly.
| Component | What It Includes | Typical Range |
|---|---|---|
| Diagnostic session (one-off) | 90-minute deep-dive into your current position, goals, and blockers | £350 – £500 |
| Strategy sprint | 2–4 weeks of focused sessions tackling a single strategic question | £1,200 – £2,800 |
| Ongoing advisory | Monthly sessions, async support, quarterly reviews | £950 – £2,200/mo |
| Leadership workshop | Half-day or full-day facilitated session for your team (up to 12 people) | £1,800 – £3,500 |
| Board-level facilitation | Quarterly or ad-hoc board sessions with pre-meeting preparation | £1,400 – £2,600/session |
| Accountability partnership | Weekly 30-minute check-ins plus structured goal tracking | £600 – £1,100/mo |
| Crisis intervention | Priority access, daily availability for a defined period | Quoted on scope |
Three Common Starting Points
I need clarity on one decision
You're facing a fork in the road — expansion, exit, restructuring, a difficult hire. A diagnostic session or short strategy sprint will give you the framework to decide with confidence.
I need a thinking partner, ongoing
Running a business can be isolating. Monthly advisory gives you a structured space to think out loud, pressure-test ideas, and stay accountable to your own ambitions.
My team needs to work better together
Misalignment at the top cascades downward. A leadership workshop or board facilitation session realigns your senior people around shared priorities and honest communication.
Six Factors That Shape Your Investment
1. Complexity of the Challenge
A single strategic question costs less to address than a multi-layered organisational transformation. We scope honestly.
2. Number of People Involved
One-to-one coaching is priced differently from team workshops or multi-stakeholder facilitation.
3. Duration and Cadence
A six-week sprint and a twelve-month advisory carry different commitments and different fees.
4. Depth of Preparation
Some engagements require significant between-session research, stakeholder interviews, or document review. This is always transparent.
5. Urgency and Availability
Standard scheduling versus priority access. Crisis interventions carry a premium because they demand immediate calendar shifts.
6. Travel Requirements
Most sessions are remote. On-site work in England is included at no extra charge; travel beyond England is quoted separately.
Every engagement begins with listening — understanding your context before proposing any structure or fee.
How the Conversation Works
You reach out. We schedule a no-obligation introductory call — typically 25 minutes. During that call, I'll ask about your business, the challenge you're wrestling with, and what a good outcome looks like for you.
Within 48 hours, you'll receive a written proposal outlining the suggested approach, the number of sessions, any between-session work, and a clear fee. No negotiation theatre. No artificial urgency.
If it's right, we begin. If it's not, you'll still walk away with at least one useful insight from our introductory call — that's a promise.
Our Transparency Commitment
We will never upsell you mid-engagement. If the scope changes, we'll discuss it openly and agree a revised fee before any additional work begins. You'll always know what you're paying and why.
